"Do group processes lead to sustainable land management behaviours?"Personalities of many rural people may not suit group situations, contrary to present government policies which encourage learning through group processes. In contrast, personalities of urban group members, ( e.g. Alarpm participants) may tend to be more congruent with group learning activities.
Participants will explore this proposition in small groups by focusing on their own conservation behaviour. Outcomes will have implications for health and education strategies in rural and urban areas.
