"Paradigm shifts to participatory action research methodology."

Shankar will first present the paradigm shift from the perspective of academic and supervisor. Three postgraduate scholars will present their individual projects describing how they tried to present participatory action research in conducting their project. All are trying to "get out of the square" to improve their learning and improve their understanding of the complex issues of development. Their research is being linked with development agencies and community to introduce action learning to other stakeholders. There will be opportunities for other participation in the interactive workshop.
