You can turn anything to action learning if you put your mind to it:  naming facilitator competencies for action learning

The competency movement is very strong in Australia and there are many professionals who use the notion of competency to facilitate professional development.  The facilitators of this workshop propose to work with the participants in identifying the skills, knowledge and attitudes relevant to facilitating action learning.  The workshop ( 3hrs) will involve a mixture of facilitated action and reflective discussion based on the mix of participant experience.
