Workshop abstract:

Mastering your own learning  (an introduction to action learning)

Action learning can be described as a relatively simple yet very powerful method of learning and simultaneously improving a situation. This session will explore an approach to personalising action learning using theory and practice.  It aims to develop practitioners ability to (a) learn (b) improve any situation important to them and (c) help others learn.  The session is designed for those new to action learning and action research and will also be useful for experienced practitioners.  Participants will work through each step of an action learning cycle using a variety of different techniques.
