An action learning model for parents and students as they problem solve while developing interpersonal skills and life long learning including:

• Collaborative team building
• Research and problem solving
• Learning by trial and error
• Giving and receiving instructions
• Communicating and planning for active change

The journey we have travelled can be adopted by others. Our framework has been the Key Competencies. Our inspiration has been the motivation of our team.
