Industry Learning Sets: an example of action, reflection and learning in groups
An Industry Learning Set is a group action and reflective learning process. People meet to discuss an organisational issue confronting one of the members, and then reflect on effective personal and group learning strategies. The group look at content and process to develop both practical solutions and improve thinking and learning strategies.People who are interested in action learning in organisations and improvement of personal learning strategies may find this workshop useful.
