Elicting and using tacit knowledge

Knowledge management within 'learning organisations' is a burgeoning area of management practice. One facet of this area, currently being investigated and developed internationally, is the recognition and valuing of tacit knowledge in work practice.

Participants in the workshop will be able to:

  • Practice some techniques for helping action learners to access and capitalise on their tacit knowledge.
  • Observe how this can enhance the outcomes of action learning projects.
