 Alumni Email+ for LifeSoon, past and current UQ students will get an improved email service, as well as access to new online applications.UQconnect Email+ for Life is UQ’s new email system for past and current students, coming in early 2009. The service is offered in collaboration with Microsoft, and is based on their Exchange Labs product. A variety of Microsoft's online Live@edu applications, summarised below, are also available via Email+ for Life.

An email account you will have ‘for life’, meaning you can continue to use it after you finish studying at UQ Significantly increased mail quota, from 100MB to 10GB, that allows 20MB attachments Easy access via my.UQ Online spaces
Based on Windows Live Spaces, this application lets you set up a space for group projects, clubs, or personal pages. You can link to documents on your SkyDrive, share your Space with others, or set up blogs and group discussions. Online storage
Based on the Windows Live SkyDrive application, this allows you to store up to 5GB of documents online so you can access them from any computer and share with others. For more information about these applications, visit Microsoft's Live@edu website
