Before you call us for technical support

  • Please refer to the Boundaries of Support page to ensure you're calling about a supported application.  If the program you're calling about isn't listed on this page, we won't be able to offer you any support over the telephone.
  • If the issue you're calling about occurred for the first time today, have you rebooted your computer?  You'd be surprised how many problems can be fixed by a simple reboot, so it's worth trying this before you contact the HelpDesk.
