Before you call the HelpDesk for technical support

• Please refer to the Boundaries of Support page to ensure you're calling about a supported application.  If the program you're calling about isn't listed on this page, we won't be able to offer you any support over the telephone.
• If the issue you're calling about occurred for the first time today, have you rebooted your computer?  You'd be surprised how many problems can be fixed by a simple reboot, so it's worth trying this before you contact the HelpDesk.
• Are you having problems with an internet connection or email account?  If so, you might find the answer in one of our troubleshooting sections.  Just click the appropriate link for further information: Dialup, ADSL, Email
• Have you referred to the appropriate guide for the application you're calling about?  You can find a host of information about our service on our Online HelpDesk page, so you may find the information you need is already available.
