UQ students now have an improved email service they can keep 'for life'.

What is Email+ for Life?

• A user-friendly, name-based email address, rather than one based on your student number
• An email account you will have for life, meaning you can continue to use it after you finish studying at UQ
• Significantly increased mail quota of 10GB, that allows 20MB attachments
• Easy access via my.UQ
• Easy access from mobile devices

Important information about transferring your account

• You can access the service via my.UQ
• Emails sent to your old address will be forwarded to your new address

Email+ for Life went live in May 2009. If you have not activated the service, you can do so via the Email+ tab in my.UQ or contact the ITS Service Desk. If the Email+ tab is not visible, contact the ITS Service Desk.
