External Clients are clients of UQconnect with ADSL or Dial-Up accounts.
- How can I change my Password?

Go to https://uqconnect.net/password. Please note that if you do
change your password you will need to set this password in your ADSL Modem, Dial-Up Settings and Mailbox Settings (as applicable).
- If I leave UQconnect can I still keep my Email Address?

You must have an active Dial-Up or ADSL product on your account in order to retain your email address.
