- To find server settings for your email account;
- Sign in to your account at the following address: outlook.com
- After you sign in successfully, click the drop-down arrow next to the Help question mark (top right), and then click About.
- Scroll down until your see the POP3/IMAP4/SMTP server name listed and note down the server names.
