How to reset your Exchange Labs password
- Step 1
- a) Log into my.uq.edu.au
- Step 2
- a) Click 'Personalise' tab
- b) Click 'myMail' link

c) Enter a new password in both fields and click [ Change ]
You cannot set your exchange labs password to be the same as your student password
