x 5 oz cans chicken chunks

cans sliced potatoes

cans mixed vegetables

pack egg noodles

tsp prepared chicken stock
½ tsp ground oregano
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
pinch of garlic powder
salt and pepper

Method
In
a large pot, combine all the ingredients. Add enough water to cover the
ingredients and bring slowly to the boil. Reduce the heat to Low, and simmer
until done.
Big
John's recipe can also be made with fresh ingredients and cooked in the
microwave:

chicken breast fillet, diced

cup uncooked macaroni

carrots, diced

onions, chopped

potatoes, diced
½ cup frozen peas
1 tsp prepared chicken stock
½ tsp ground oregano
1 capsicum, diced
3 mushrooms, diced
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
Prepare all the diced or chopped ingredients.
Place the uncooked macaroni, carrots, onions, chicken
stock, seasonings and 5 cups of boiling water in a large, microwave-safe
casserole dish. Heat on High for 12 minutes.
Add the diced chicken breast, potatoes, mushroom and capsicum.
Cook on Medium-Low for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are just tender
(do not overcook). Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
