tsp Worcestershire sauce

tsp red chilli, finely diced

tomatoes, de-seeded and sliced

cups chicken stock

Method
Put
all the ingredients into a large microwave-safe casserole dish. Cook on
Medium for 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Serve over boiled
rice.
Alternatively:
Place
all the ingredients in a large pot, bring to the boil, and simmer for 10
minutes.
