Chea's Court Bouillon


Ingredients

4 whole fish fillets
1 capsicum, diced
1 onion, sliced
3 tblsp tomato paste
1 cup water
1 tblsp chopped parsley
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp red chilli, finely diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tomatoes, de-seeded and sliced
2 cups chicken stock
salt
pepper
pinch paprika

 

Method

Put all the ingredients into a large microwave-safe casserole dish. Cook on Medium for 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Serve over boiled rice.

Alternatively:
Place all the ingredients in a large pot, bring to the boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
