Summer Fruit Salad


Ingredients

1 mango
½ fresh pineapple
1 orange
1 avocado
½ rockmelon
3 slices cooked ham, cut into strips
1 level tblsp Parmesan cheese

 

Method

Prepare all the fruit ingredients by peeling and cutting into bite-size chunks. Toss with the strips of cooked ham and Parmesan cheese.
