| Ingredients
2 whole chicken breast fillets,
cooked
1 large onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small packet Swiss grated cheese
2 tblsp mayonnaise
1 large tomato, sliced thinly
roasted almonds

Method
Cut the cooked chicken breast fillets
into bite-size pieces. Sauté the chopped onions and celery. Roast
the almonds and set aside.
Mix the chicken, onions, celery,
mayonnaise and Swiss cheese together, and place in a casserole dish. Decorate
the top with the thinly sliced tomato (or, tomato wedges), and bake in
a moderately hot oven for 20 minutes, or until the dish is heated through.
Sprinkle the roasted almonds over the top about 5 minutes before cooking
is done.
