cup shredded cheddar cheese

small can mushrooms

tblsp red capsicum, diced

cups cooked ham, diced

g spaghetti

cup breadcrumbs

tblsp butter

and pepper

Method
Grease
a large casserole dish.
Cook
the spaghetti in a large pan of salted, boiling water for 12 minutes. Drain,
rinse with cold water and set aside.
Melt
butter in a saucepan and blend in the flour, stirring continually. Cook
for 1 minute, then add the milk, stirring until thickened. Add the cheese,
red capsicum, mushrooms (and liquid), ham, and seasoning to taste.
Arrange
the cooked spaghetti in the base of the greased casserole dish and cover
with the ham mixture. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top. Melt the 2
tblsp of butter and drizzle over the breadcrumbs. Bake at 350° F for
20 - 30 minutes.
