Pineapple and Ginger Marinade


Ingredients

¾ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup orange juice
2 tblsp honey
1 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp fresh ginger, grated
 
 

Method

Combine all the ingredients and use with pork, chicken or lamb.

*If you store this marinade in an airtight container, it will keep for three days in the refrigerator.
