cups boiled rice

medium beets

crab sticks, cut into squares (optional)

cups chopped lettuce
½ cup chopped parsley
1 cup corn
1 onion, chopped
3 tblsp mayonaise
lemon juice
salt

Method
Cook
the rice and allow to cool.
Boil
the beets, clean and cut into chunks. In a large bowl, combine the rice,
beets, crab stick pieces, lettuce, chopped parsley, corn and chopped onion.
Add the mayonaise, lemon juice and salt, and mix well. Store in the 'fridge
for an hour before serving.
