Sour Cream Marinade


Ingredients

¾ cup cream
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
large pinch paprika
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

 

Method

Combine all the ingredients and use for steak, lamb chops, chicken portions, and skewered foods. Allow the food to marinate for at least 4 hours.
