large (250 g) pkt Philadelphia cream cheese, softened at room temperature

Method
Mix
2 cups powdered milk, 1 cup sugar and ½ cup boiling water in a blender.
Pour into a bowl. Add the Philadelphia cream cheese and lemon juice. Whisk
until thoroughly blended.
Melt
the butter in a saucepan and add the crushed breadcrumbs. Press into a
pie plate or spring-loaded Teflon cake pan. Pour the cheesecake mixture
over the top. Chill for an hour and add fruits in season to decorate (strawberries,
cherries, kiwi fruit, blueberries, etc.)
