| Ingredients
4 slices cooked ham
1 lettuce
2 mangoes, sliced
2 avocados, sliced
½ cup walnut halves
Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
2 tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp French mustard
1 tblsp vinegar
1 tblsp thickened cream

Method
Separate the lettuce leaves, wash and place in a serving
bowl or individual dishes.
Chop or slice the cooked ham. Peel and slice the mangoes
and avocados. Arrange the ham, avocados and mangoes on the bed of lettuce
leaves. Sprinkle with the walnut halves.
Place the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk
until well combined. Drizzle over the salad ingredients just before serving. |
