• The Cheap Chat card is the same as the Happy Calling card.
• Current Rates & Terms are available online.  
• Initial connection fee of $1.49 applies to all calls except thos marked with a * which incur a $2.49 connection fee.
• All calls also incur a 12c surcharge after 6 minutes.
• Calls are charged in blocks of 1 minute, then subsequent 12 minute periods.
• 50c service fee every 2 days after first use.
• Card expires 3 months after first use or 6 months from last recharge.
• All call charges rounded up to next 5 cents.
• Calls to satellite mobiles, special numbers and premium services may be charged at higher rates or blocked.
• Phone card rates are subject to change without prior notice.
