  • recruit staff and develop high levels of performance to mutually agreed goals.
  • design, develop and present tailored training to DSS staff (computer managers, operators, programmers and end-users).
  • monitor DSS-developed courses to mutually agreed standards.
  • contribute to the design and development of training for other large training projects, eg: National Mutual, NSW Police, DHSS (UK), DSS (Sweden), Dept of Transport (Taiwan).
