Founder
of the clan was Rao Kumpa of Mewar,
died 5th January 1544, whose fourth son, Rao Mandan,was the original
grantee of the estate of Asop. Thakur Raj Singh,
was 4th in descent, and was the father of Thakur Nahar Singh (Pirthi
Singh), ancestor of Thakur Kani Ram, founder of the Thikana. Rulers

- Rao MANDAN SINGH, married and had issue, seven sons. He
died 1593.
- Thakur KHINVKARAN 1593/1608, married and had issue, six
sons. He died 1608.

- Thakur Kishan Singh, he was granted the estate of Barlu;
married and had issue.
- Thakur Mukan Singh of Barlu, born 1609; married and had
issue.

- Thakur KANH SINGH 1608/1611, born 1583, the thikana was
resumed by Maharaja Gaj Singh of Mewar and was granted to a younger
brother, Thakur RAJ SINGH in 1611.
- Thakur RAJ SINGH 1611/1640, born 1586; married and had
issue, eight sons. He died 1640.
- Thakur PIRTHI SINGH [alias Nahar Khan] 1640/1658, married
and had issue, nine sons. He died 1658.

- Kunwar Jai Singh, died 1666 in South India.
- Thakur SURAJ MAL 1658/1680, married and had issue. He died
1680.
- Thakur KIRAT SINGH (qv)
- Kunwar Moti Singh, he was granted an appanage.
- Thakur KIRAT SINGH 1680/1707, born 1653, fell into
disfavour with Maharaja Ajit Singh of Mewar in 1707, and the thikana
was granted to Thakur Ram Singh, originally of Barlu.
- Thakur RAM SINGH 1707/- and -/1726, son of Thakur Jait
Singh of Barlu (see above), he was granted the estate of Asope after
Thakur Kirat Singh was removed by the Maharaja of Mewar; the estate was
later confiscated and regranted afterwards to his son in 1726; married
and had issue.

- Thakur Sardar Singh of Badlu and Nadsar (second son),
married and had issue. He died 1725.
- Thakur Prithvi Singh of Rajlani, married and had issue.
He died 1747.
- Thakur Anop Singh (second son), married and had
issue. He died 1792.
- Thakur Narain Das, married and had issue. He died
1801.
- Thakur Jeevan Das of Netaria, died 1803.
- Thakur Hindu Singh of Barnia (third son), married
and had issue.
- Thakur Guman Singh, adopted by his uncle, Thakur
Jeevan Das of Netaria, married and had issue.
- Thakur Daulat Singh of Netaria, married
Thakurani Batianiji Roop Kanwar, and had issue.
- Kunwar Chain Singh (third son), adopted by
Thakur SHIVNATH SINGH (see below), and succeded in 1873 as Rao Bahadur
Thakur CHAIN SINGH of Asope.
- Kunwar Rugnath Singh (third son), he was granted the
estate of Gajsinghpura, married and had issue. He died 1747.
- Thakur Sangram Singh of Hingol, married and had issue.
He died 1799.

issue.
- Thakur Mohabat Singh of Hingoli, married and had
issue.
- Kunwar Shivnath Singh, he was adopted by the
widow of Thakur Bakhtawar Singh (see below), and succeeded in 1836 as
Thakur SHIVNATH SINGH of Asope.

issue. He died 1775.
- Kunwar Dalpat Singh, born 1718, married and had issue. He
died 1755.
- Thakur MAHESH DAS 1775/1790, born 1745; married and had
issue. He died 1790.

Thakurani Phool Kunwar, daughter of Thakur MAG SINGH of Diggi, and had adoptive issue. He died sp

- Thakur SHIVNATH SINGH 1836/1873, born 1829 as Kunwar
Shivnath Singh, son of Thakur Mohabbat Singh of Hingoli, he was adopted
by the widow of Thakur Bakhtawar Singh as successor; married 1846,
Thakurani Chand Kanwar, daughter of Thakur GAMBHIR SINGH of Jhalamand
in Jodhpur; and had adoptive issue. He died sp 1873.

married 2ndly, 1906, Rani Saubhagya Kumari [Sobhag Kanwar], born 27th
January 1888,
daughter of Thakur BHAGWANT SINGH of Mandawa
Line II, and his wife, Thakurani Suraj Kanwar, she had issue, four
daughters, married thirdly, 1916, Rani Suraj Kumari, daughter of
Urjanot Bhati Thakur Moti Singh of Rampura in Jodhpur, and had issue,
three sons and six daughters. He died 1953.

- Kunwar Bhawani Singh (second son), born 23rd October
1930, educated at
Mayo College,
Ajmer; married 1945, Kunwarani Jatan Kanwar, daughter of Thakur Harnath
Singh of Jakhan, and had issue, five sons and one daughter. He died
1988.

married 1948, Kunwarani Sire Kanwar, daughter of Thakur Guman Singh
(brother of Thakur Harnath Singh of Jakhan), and had issue, two sons
and one daughter. He died 1994.

and had issue.
- Baisa Sugan Kanwar (fourth daughter), married 1930,
Thakur Bhairu Singh of Khejarla.
- Baisa Swarup Kumari (fifth daughter), married 1930,
Kunwar Jagat Singh, eldest son of Ranawat Thakur Vijay Singh of
Jhalamand.
- Baisa Basant Kumari (sixth daughter), married 1934, Raja
Rajendra Singh of Madhusudan Garh in M.P.
